Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up support as necessary.
  • Employ a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options.
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing strategy that promotes the office.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to daily success.

Qualifications
  • Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas
  • Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
  • Enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and fulfill their dreams
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Capability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in marketing is a plus
