"I had insurance with this company for 2 or 3 years when they randomly dropped me with the excuse that my license was expired - it wasn't, it doesn't expire for more than 2 years from now. I was only made aware that I didn't have insurance when I got pulled over and couldn't pull up my policy on the app. I called and the person on the phone said they cancelled it a month ago and sent a letter in the mail. It's 2025 and they sent a letter letting me know my car insurance policy was cancelled in the MAIL. That's wild. Unprofessional. Very 1999. Now I have a ticket for not having insurance and this insurance company won't help me. Thanks for literally nothing."

"Kaylee helped me with getting my car insurance and made the process easy and not super stressful! (That alone is worth 5 stars honestly!) "I worked with Colten to get a quote on insurance that was comparable to my existing insurance. After receiving the initial quote, I was surprised that it was less money! He then worked with me to go line by line through all the options to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. He never pushed or tried to sell me more than I needed.
